Hi, I’m Jeremy Dela Rosa. I’m a founder, executive coach, philanthropist, and writer. I began my entrepreneurial journey in New York City where I launched my first mobile company with my college friends. I later spent a decade at Blizzard Entertainment living in California and Paris, France. I served various leadership roles in project management and global operations managing large-scale teams, international business development, 80MM monthly active users, and multi-million dollar budgets.
When the pandemic hit, I shifted my career to social impact where I founded Leyline, a charitable organization focused on eradicating poverty through blockchain and web3 education. We partnered with NGOs to uplift impoverished communities in the Philippines, Indonesia, Haiti, and Botswana. This led to the creation of The Proof of Good DAO, a decentralized protocol verifying and rewarding acts of good. Afterward, I worked at a venture capital firm to help spin up and accelerate early-stage healthcare companies and their founding teams.
Currently, I am the co-founder of a stealth AI/web3 startup and operate a strategic consultancy where I work with growth-oriented founders, nimble startups, and lean enterprises passionate about creating innovative solutions. I’m on a mission to build a hundred DAOs and have advised numerous DAOs to establish fair and transparent governance models.
I enjoy taking on ambitious projects with complex ideas and turning them into something tangible, actionable, and real. I’m always looking to collaborate with forward-thinking individuals looking to do good and solve important problems.
Outside of work, I read, write, game, create music, play volleyball, and most importantly, focus on being a good father to my two wonderful daughters.
